网站和博客申请投放阿里妈妈联盟广告的方法
阿里妈妈是一个广告交易平台，隶属于阿里巴巴旗下。阿里妈妈的注册会员可以在阿里妈妈上进行广告买卖交易，买家主要是广告主，花钱购买会员网站的广告位，以达到宣传其产品的目的。卖家是网站站长（博客博主），在自己的网站上（博客里）设置广告位，投放广告主的广告，其产品通过广告位售出，就可分得广告利益。而阿里妈妈则属于买家与卖家的管理者。买家和卖家都必须在取得阿里妈妈广告代码后，才有资格进行交易。
网站（博客）注册阿里妈妈后，可以申请广告位投放广告赚钱，还可以通过推荐会员注册赚钱。
网站（博客）申请广告位赚钱的方法：按时长计费和按点击计费。以时长计费的广告为例，投放一个广告每周的价格：网站浏览IP数/60。（从这里可以看出，你的网站的浏览量是决定收益的关键，如果你网站的浏览量很小，赚不到啥钱，还会影响你的网站（博客）质量，得不偿失，这就是建议新网站（博客）不要迫不及待投放广告的原意。）新站长可以通过推荐会员注册获得收入，阿里妈妈目前制定了有奖推荐活动，推荐一个网站加入阿里妈妈就可以得到20元的奖励，推荐越多奖励越多，新手目前做这个不错，一可以锻炼推广能力，二收益也可观！
已经投放了Google AdSense广告的站长，在投放阿里妈妈广告时要注意一下广告样式不要与Google AdSense广告样式雷同，只要不冲突就行了。如果选择阿里妈妈广告按时长计费的形式，就不需要放在网站的热点位置，也就不会影响Google AdSense广告的点击率。
一、如何注册
1、注册地址：http://www.alimama.com/ 点击“发布广告位赚钱”

2、填写注册信息。
认真填写Email、密码、昵称、联系方式。注册时填写的Email也就是你的阿里妈妈会员帐号，也是登录时的用户名，很重要，因为相关的结算邮件等信息都会发送到此邮箱中，一定要用常用且稳定的邮箱（推荐使用Yahoo邮箱）；联系方式可以任选一个。 提交成功后将看到下面这个页面。
3、稍等一会，进入邮箱，点击激活链接，（见下图的红圈圈）。进入新窗口，看到激活成功提示。 二、如何申请广告位
1、下图为登录界面，输入用户名、密码。
2、阿里妈妈界面。点击“我的阿里妈妈”
3、我的阿里妈妈界面。点击“发布新网站”
4、发布新网站界面。填入你的网址首页地址，选择广告面向的用户群。点击“下一步”
5、发布新广告位界面。选择广告位类目，是否审核，选择付费方式，广告位样式。点击“确定”
三、如何投放广告代码
重要：如果代码投放不正确的话，会导致广告位无法激活，从而使得网站无法通过审核，那就收不到钱了！
在你的网站页面需要投放广告位的地方，将下面复制的广告代码粘贴上去，刷新一下页面，就能看到下面的虚位以待的图片了（见下图）。这里要特别说明的是：投放代码的页面一定要在前面登记的网站下，千万不要放在其他地方或者线下测试，否则很有可能导致广告位无法激活，这里要特别注意！
现在，你已经成功的在阿里妈妈注册成为卖家，下一步要做的就是等待阿里妈妈工作人员的审核了。审核速度现在非常快，一般上午注册的，下午就能审核了。审核的条件也不是特别严格，只要您的网站不涉及到黄赌毒或者违法内容，即使只有1个PV也是没有问题的。一旦审核通过，你的广告位就可处于待售状态。现在阿里妈妈买家活动频繁，你的广告位可能一下子就被买掉了哦！
加入阿里妈妈的淘宝客赚钱

哈佛图书馆的20条训言

之前网上流传过“哈佛图书馆的20条训言”，后来有人证实这20条训言是杜撰的，我们且不管它的真实性如何，这20条训言读来还是有一定价值的，不妨附录如下： 
1.此刻打盹，你将做梦；而此刻学习，你将圆梦。
2.我荒废的今日，正是昨日殒身之人祈求的明日。
3.觉得为时已晚的时候，恰恰是最早的时候。
4.勿将今日之事拖到明日。
5.学习时的苦痛是暂时的，未学到的痛苦是终生的。
6.学习这件事，不是缺乏时间，而是缺乏努力。
7.幸福或许不排名次，但成功必排名次。
8.学习并不是人生的全部。但既然连人生的一部分―――学习也无法征服，还能做什么呢？
9.请享受无法回避的痛苦。
10.只有比别人更早、更勤奋地努力，才能尝到成功的滋味。
11.谁也不能随随便便成功，它来自彻底的自我管理和毅力。
12.时间在流逝。
13.现在流的口水，将成为明天的眼泪。
14.狗一样地学，绅士一样地玩。
15.今天不走，明天要跑。
16.投资未来的人，是忠于现实的人。
17.受教育程度代表收入。
18.一天过完，不会再来。

    我们暂且不管这20条训言的真假，不过，事实上哈佛老师对学生的训诫还试有的，而且这样的训诫一直贯穿在哈佛的教育之中。哈佛老师经常给学生这样的告诫：如果你想在进入社会后，在任何时候任何场合下都能得心应手并且得到应有的评价，那么你在哈佛的学习期间，就没有晒太阳的时间。在哈佛广为流传的一句格言是“忙完秋收忙秋种，学习，学习，再学习。”
　　人的时间和精力都是有限的，所以，要利用时间抓紧学习，而不是将所有的业余时间都用来打瞌睡。
有的人会这样说：“我只是在业余时间打盹而已，业余时间干吗把自己弄得那么紧张？”爱因斯坦就曾提出：“人的差异在于业余时间。”我的一位在哈佛任教的朋友也告诉我说，只要知道一个青年怎样度过他的业余时间，就能预言出这个青年的前程怎样。
20世纪初，在数学界有这样一道难题，那就是2的76次方减去1的结果是不是人们所猜想的质数。很多科学家都在努力地攻克这一数学难关，但结果并不如愿。1903年，在纽约的数学学会上，一位叫做科尔的科学家通过令人信服的运算论证，成功地证明了这道难题。
人们在惊诧和赞许之余，向科尔问道：“您论证这个课题一共花了多少时间？”科尔回答：“3年内的全部星期天。”
同样，加拿大医学教育家奥斯勒也是利用业余时间作出成就的典范。奥斯勒对人类最大的贡献，就是成功地研究了第三种血细胞。他为了从繁忙的工作中挤出时 间读书，规定自己在睡觉之前必须读15分钟的书。不管忙碌到多晚，都坚持这一习惯不改变。这个习惯他整整坚持了半个世纪，共读了1000多本书，取得了令 人瞩目的成绩。

　　闻名于世的约翰霍普金斯学院的创始人、牛津大学医学院的讲座教授、被英国国王册封为爵士的威廉。奥斯勒在年轻时，也曾为自己的前途感到迷茫。一次，他在读书时看到了一句话，给了他很大的启发。这句话是“最重要的就是不要去看远方模糊的事，而是做手边清楚的事。
对此，哈佛提醒学生说“我荒废的今日，正是昨天殒身之人祈求的明日”。明天再美好，也不如抓住眼下的今天多做点实事。
获得哈佛大学荣誉学位的发明家、科学家本杰明。富兰克林有一次接到一个年轻人的求教电话，并与他约好了见面的时间和地点。当年轻人如约而至时，本杰明 的房门大敞着，而眼前的房子里却乱七八糟、一片狼藉，年轻人很是意外。没等他开口，本杰明就招呼道：“你看我这房间，太不整洁了，请你在门外等候一分钟， 我收拾一下，你再进来吧。”然后本杰明就轻轻地关上了房门。不到一分钟的时间，本杰明就又打开了房门，热情地把年轻人让进客厅。这时，年轻人的眼前展现出 另一番景象―――房间内的一切已变得井然有序，而且有两杯倒好的红酒，在淡淡的香气里漾着微波。年轻人在诧异中，还没有把满腹的有关人生和事业的疑难问题 向本杰明讲出来，本杰明就非常客气地说道：“干杯！你可以走了。”手持酒杯的年轻人一下子愣住了，带着一丝尴尬和遗憾说：“我还没向您请教呢……”“这 些……难道还不够吗？”本杰明一边微笑一边扫视着自己的房间说，“你进来又有一分钟了。”“一分钟……”年轻人若有所思地说，“我懂了，您让我明白用一分 钟的时间可以做许多事情，可以改变许多事情的深刻道理。”珍惜眼前的每一分每一秒，也就珍惜了所拥有的今天。哈佛的这句话实际上揭示了一种人生哲学，那就 是人生要以珍惜的态度把握时间，从今天开始，从现在做起。
　觉得为时已晚的时候，恰恰是最早的时候
　　安曼曾经是纽约港务局的工程师，工作多年后按规定退休。开始的时候，他很是失落。但他很快就高兴起来，因为他有了一个伟大的想法。他想创办一家自己的工程公司，要把办公楼开到全球各个角落。
安曼开始一步一个脚印地实施着自己的计划，设计的建筑遍布世界各地。在退休后的三十多年里，他实践着自己在工作中没有机会尝试的大胆和新奇的设计，不 停地创造着一个又一个令世人瞩目的经典：埃塞俄比亚首都亚的斯亚贝巴机场，华盛顿杜勒斯机场，伊朗高速公路系统，宾夕法尼亚州匹兹堡市中心建筑群……这些 作品被当作大学建筑系和工程系教科书上常用的范例，也是安曼伟大梦想的见证。86岁的时候，他完成最后一个作品―――当时世界上最长的悬体公路桥―――纽 约韦拉扎诺海峡桥。
生活中，很多事情都是这样，如果你愿意开始，认清目标，打定主意去做一件事，永远不会嫌晚。

我的邻居查尔斯曾经在哈佛度过4年的大学时光，他现在就职于纽约的一家软件公司，做他最擅长的行政管理工作,九九读书人。不久前，他的公司被一家法国 公司兼并了。在兼并合同签订的当天，公司的新总裁宣布：“我们不会随意裁员，但如果你的法语太差，导致无法和其他员工交流，那么，不管是多高职位的人，我 们都不得不请你离开。这个周末我们将进行一次法语考试，只有考试及格的人才能继续在这里工作。”

　　作为世界知名的学府，哈佛十分强调要有长远眼光，为未来投资。要投资未来，就要定好未来的投资方向，也就是要及早地设定人生目标。没有目标，就谈不到发展，更谈不上成功。
哈佛大学曾进行过这样一项跟踪调查，对象是一群在智力、学历和环境等方面条件差不多的年轻人。调查结果发现：27%的人没有目标；60%的人目标模糊；10%的人有着清晰但比较短期的目标；其余3%的人有着清晰而长远的目标.
以后的岁月，他们行进在各自的人生旅途中。25年后，哈佛再次对这群学生进行了跟踪调查。结果是这样的：
3%的人，在25年间朝着一个方向不懈努力，几乎都成为社会各界的成功人士，其中不乏行业领袖和社会精英；10%的人，他们的短期目标不断地实现，成 为各个领域中的专业人士，大都生活在社会的中上层；60%的人，他们安稳地生活与工作，但都没有什么特别成绩，几乎都生活在社会的中下层；剩下27%的 人，他们的生活没有目标，过得很不如意，并且常常在抱怨他人，抱怨社会，当然，也抱怨自己。
其实，他们之间的差别仅仅在于：25年前，他们中的一些人就已经知道自己最想要做的是什么，而另一些人则不清楚或不很清楚。这个调查生动地说明了明确生活目标对于人生成功的重要意义。

对于秋叶讲课中的内容进行了归纳和提炼，对部分内容的顺序进行了调整。

第一条：经常预测未来会发生什么，然后提前准备。

不是做事情效率比大家高多少，是我事先就利用零碎时间把一些素材都整理好了，所以真正写的时候就快。

• 超前判断，超前行动的习惯，我不做事后诸葛亮，我经常花时间想公司的年度规划，领导讲话，国家政策变化，这些变化必然导致一些工作大局重心变化，对于具体工作，必然导致工作方针政策和方法调整，对这些调整如果你有有先见之明，你就可以提前准备素材。

• 善于管理时间的人往往善于理财呢？从这个角度去看，抓住财富机会也是要有预判能力。

第二条：学一点统筹方法。

一定要养成随时考虑最优次序的习惯，考虑得多了，哪些事情先做，哪些事情后做，哪些需要在无干扰情况下做，哪些可以在有干扰情况下做，这样可以让自己时间利用最有效率。

• 例如：尽量不要在周末或节假日去理发；

• 例如：尽量不要在人多时候去吃饭；

• 例如：尽量不要在高峰期上下班；

• 例如：尽量不要在节假日去购物；

第三条：紧急和重要。

• 很多人真正的问题是这一辈子都没明白什么是最自己最重要的，所以紧急和重要的判断他永远都答不好。

• 紧急的事情往往要优先做到处理完毕，否则就会让你无法做重要的事情。

• 重要的事情往往要坚持做到一个阶段，否则就永远也做不完。

第四条：养成随时建立索引的习惯。

信息只有结构化才能变成可利用的知识，一旦具备了知识贮备，以后解决问题就可以利用顺藤摸瓜的方式以非常高的效率解决。

• 把一切活动和信息都结构化，系列化，标准化，可以让你节约大量的时间。
• 做计划不是最大的习惯，喜欢建立索引才是最大的习惯，一个喜欢归类和秩序的人自然会掌握做计划的方法。

• 很多书上都提出了这样或那样的技巧，我把他全部归为一个习惯，就是看见一个东西就想把它和某种自己很容易联想的“索引”挂起来，这样你的记忆容量在增加，你的搜索速度会提高，你的解决问题效率会提升，你的时间会变多。

• 活动索引
  • 每天的工作，生活安排是活动，需要用工作计划、每日备忘录等形式加以管理。

• 资料索引
  • 所有的纸质资料，电子资料有没有好的电子目录，文件夹目录？甚至包括邮件分类目录？

• 知识索引
  • 自己知道的东西到了一定程度，一定要找一些时间把它结构化，把一些零散的学问变成有提纲的体系，甚至是个人论著。

• 资源索引
  • 把你的手机号码合理分组，名片合理分组，QQ合理分组和淘汰，网络社区合理分组，网站收藏夹合理分组，书籍合理分类，都可以让你节约大量零碎的时间。

第五条：最小化你的工作环境

就是尽量减少你启动工作的边界要求，你可以自由支配的时间每天至少增加2个小时

• 对工作环境要求越低，我可以利用的工作时间越多，我可以启动工作的状态越快。

• 培养自己用一只笔一个本子就可以开展你需要开展的一切工作的习惯，
  • 尽量不要依赖高科技产品完成工作，他们很多都是浪费时间的设备，而不是真正帮助你的设备。
  • 高科技产品可以用，但不要养成依赖性，不要离开了高科技产品就不能工作

• 所以看书要想有收获最好看纸质的，比电子书更好，学习更深刻，看起来慢其实快。不过有一个建议，考虑到很多朋友经常掉手机，所以一定要一款可以随时把通讯录输入到网络的手机，这样就不怕手机掉了，节约时间很多。

第六条：一次只做一件事

要想让时间有效率，就得一个一个去做。

• 很多人在做不喜欢的工作的时候，其实喜欢被干扰的，在他们的潜意识中，这样让他们显得很忙，而且一旦做得不好，也就有了借口。

• 既然无法回避，不如集中精力去做！

第七条：把事情至少做到80%才结束。

把事情做到一个无法倒退的点， 下次再做才不至于从头再来。

• 一件事情不是因为专注的做就行，好比学生复习，不管看了多久，要么系统复习完一章，要么系统复习完一个知识点。否则下次继续复习还得从最开始看起。所以有的学生一直到考试，永远还在复习前几章。

Coupons are certificates that provide consumers with discounts on goods or services when they are redeemed with retailers or manufacturers. Offered mainly by retailers and manufacturers as sales promotion tools to accomplish specific sales and marketing goals, they are very popular with small business owners because they are so inexpensive to disseminate and because of their historical effectiveness. Consumers are attracted to coupons because they offer immediate value and savings, but in recent years the proliferation of coupon distribution programs have produced a decided excess in the marketplace. This flood of coupon offers, commonly known as "coupon clutter," has resulted in falling redemption rates in recent years.
ADVANTAGES AND DISADVANTAGES. Like other sales promotion tools, coupons have their advantages as well as their problems. On the plus side, they have the advantage of passing along savings directly to consumers, as opposed to trade allowances given to retailers by producers. Consumers perceive coupons as a temporary special offer rather than a price reduction, so the withdrawal of coupons usually does not have an adverse effect on sales. In addition, coupons often create added traffic for retailers, who have the option of doubling or even tripling the value of manufacturers-coupons at their own expense to create even more store traffic. Moreover, retailers often receive additional compensation from manufacturers for handling the coupons.
Critics of coupon-oriented sales promotions, however, argue that coupon clutter has dramatically lessened their effectiveness. They question whether coupons actually generate incremental business from new users, pointing out that the increased quantity of distributed coupons has been paralleled by falling redemption rates. In addition, excessive coupon distribution also increases the likelihood of fraud and misredemption. Coupons that are issued for established brands, say critics, tend to be redeemed primarily by loyal users who would have purchased the product without a coupon.
COUPON OBJECTIVES. Coupons may be issued to serve a variety of different strategic marketing objectives. One use is to encourage consumers to try new products; coupons have historically been fairly efficient at getting consumers to try new products by reducing the risk of trying something new. Coupons are also issued to convert trial users into regular customers, such as when a product sample includes a cents-off coupon. In addition, coupons can be used to convince consumers to make purchases of new sizes, flavors, or forms of an established product.
Other objectives served by issuing coupons include building retail distribution and support, moving out-of-balance inventories, targeting different markets, cushioning price increases, and enhancing other promotional efforts with coupon add-ons. Coupons are frequently used by manufacturers because of competitive pressure. When used offensively against the competition, coupons are issued to get users of a competitive product to try a new brand. When used defensively, manufacturers provide coupons to current users to keep them from purchasing a competing brand.
COUPON DISTRIBUTION. There are several ways in which small businesses can distribute coupons, including direct mail, in-store or central location, print media, in-pack and on-pack, and through retailer advertising. Because of its targeted distribution, coupons sent by direct mail historically offer higher redemption rates than coupons distributed by print media. Freestanding inserts (FSIs) in newspapers, which accounted for the vast majority of all coupon distribution throughout the 1990s, are generally regarded as more effective than other coupon distribution methods. Perhaps the most popular coupon distribution method for small businesses, however, is the coupon mailer. This is a strategy wherein a group of retail businesses in a community send out a mailing of individual coupons together; consumers within the community thus receive a variety of coupons for area businesses in one envelope. Sometimes the mailing will consist of an actual booklet of coupons for participating businesses, but most are sent out in loose-leaf fashion. Many business communities house businesses that specialize in putting such coupon mailers together. These companies charge a fee for their production and distribution services.
